Development Update #4 - April 10, 2017

So what happened since last time?
We reach another goal! You guys rock! Thank you all for the great support!
Next goal is animations. Phew, if we ever reach that it's gonna be a lot of work for me, but it's gonna be worth it!
New hardware arrived! I had some frustrating hours building the PC, and some troubleshooting had to be done too. The operating system didn't pick up on the keyboard and mouse.
I'm pretty good with troubleshooting but that gave me a serious headache. But after a long night I managed to get working so now the foundation of the new workstation is built. It will be in it's complete glory next month, when it's gonna be fully finished.
Rendering is going great. I know you guys are really waiting for EP2, and I'm working on it from Monday to Sunday, no days off. The main build of images will be ready this week, and last week I started to work on writing the actual game script. I'm trying to make it as fast as possible, but of course it's gonna be longer than EP1 (and I think better) so it takes time. Please be patient a little more, it's gonna be worth it!
This is the least exciting period of the development cycle, as it is the time when the great ideas are translated to actual technical work. But that's just how it is! By the way, I just finished working on some night fun with mom. I'm sure you'll like it ;)
First voice samples are in for the partial voice acting. Some adjustments needed, but overall the VAs are doing a great job!
Again, I want to make it clear it is going to be a partial voice acting, so no full dialogue, but I already said it in the last Dev Update.
If we're lucky, the new game mechanic will be ready by next Monday so I can tell you more about it! (There has been some delays regarding that, as it's not complitely under my control.)
Scientist tier Patrons and above have already seen a glimpse of the new character besides Tracy, but all Patrons can expect a preview of her this week(with clothes on, haha).
We'll see how this week goes, if everything goes according to plan, I'll have the exact release date next week. Stay tuned!
