I've only been playing for maybe 20min and I have killed a couple skeletons in the church close to spawn but every time I go into the basement the game crashes. The roof and rafters are okay to traverse but as soon as I go down the stairs the game crashes

hi, thanks for your detailed description of the issue that is very helpful. I have been trying to find what causes this issue for some time. I seems to only happen to a few people. What FPS do you get playing the game?

Hello, I just joined here and don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but I am having a lot of issues with things falling through the floor/ground. Mostly it's the largest part of felled trees, or the entire tree, or crafted items before I manage to pick them up. It only happens now and again, and I have yet to find a pattern. Just now though, some of my funiture was gone when I respawned after a death. Chest with all my items, a kiln, and a campfire. When I placed the kiln, then a small clay pot next to it for decoration, the pot and a nearby campfire both disappeared through the floor, and the kiln got pushed sideways. I couldn't pick up the kiln, nor mine it or destroy it so it was still standing askew when it disappeared. I have had multiple deaths, also 2 reloads of the game/gaming sessions. This was on built floor, using the larger block option, and not inbetween different materials either.

Update: I've tracked CPU and GPU temperatures while playing until it crashed. CPU stays stable at around 75c and GPU at 65c but there are common spikes that last barely a second where the CPU temp goes to 91, 92, 93 degrees. I assume it's one of these spikes that trigger the automatic shutoff. I've no clue what might be causing these spikes, but they are very common and seem to only happen when playing Lay of the Land.

I'm having an issue where after a while (around 45 mins of gameplay) my computer suddenly turned off. Initially I suspected it had overheated, but my GPU stood stable at around 65 degrees and, though I have admitedly checked it less often, my CPU hovered around the same. It's likely an issue on my end, but it has happened both while running Linux and Windows. RTX 3070 Ryzen 5800x 16gb RAM

cool idea

It would be pretty cool that in the new caves there would be crystal crabs that have elemental powers based on the type and they would need explosions to destroy the outer crystal shell

René

You'll be able to make them soon :)
