Lay of the Land 0.4.6 Hotfix

Hey everyone,

Just another small update that addresses some more bugs/issues.

Your 0.4.x worlds will work fine. Please update when ready.

Changelog

• Fixed lattice window 10x20 prefab being in the wrong section

• Reduced sword of thorns melee damage. Was a bit too op

• Fixed bow control hint text

• Fixed items being lost if you are moving an item, your inventory is full and you close the inventory

• Added obstructed indicator to building

• Fixed being able to mine/break lava

• Renamed furnace to kiln to better reflect its purpose

• Fixed ai dropping loot that spawns overlapping which causes the items to freak out

• Fixed accidently including debug PhysX dlls instead of release

• Fixed loading screen not showing for 1 frame after teleporting to spawn point on death

• Items will now stack onto off hand if the same item that is equipped is being picked up

• Off hand radial menu now shows item stack amounts

• Oil will now evaporate over time. This is a temporary solution until buckets are added

• Increased stone golem fist slam max damage and radius. Also increased his rotation rate

• Stone golem will no longer go back to sleep if you leave and he can still see you. I wont be doing much further work on the stone golem at the moment. I plan to replace the entire castle dungeon soon anyway so ill update him more then.

• Voxel physics will now write data async. Will help with hitching when chopping down trees/other large objects.

• Fixed item duplication exploit caused by quickly breaking floating voxels after removing their supporting voxels

• Fixed orange flower name

• Fixed oat crate name

• Fixed levitate beam being invisible when levitating an object

• Fixed being able to interact with objects when levitating them

• Stability improvements

• Slight memory optimizations

How to Install

• Download the 4 files attached on this post

• Place the 4 downloaded files into the folder where you want to install the game.

• Double click LayOfTheLand_0.4.6_Installer.bat (if a Windows Defender Smart Screen window pops up, just click "More info" and then "Run anyway". If you're worried, you can see the code of the bat file by right clicking it and clicking edit to open it in notepad. The bat file is just extracting the zip files for you)

• Wait for the installer to finish

• Open the LayOfTheLand_0.4.6 folder

• Double click LayOfTheLand.exe
