Lay of the Land 0.4.4 Hotfix

Hey everyone,

Just another small update that addresses some more bugs/issues.

Your 0.4.x worlds will work fine. Please update when ready.

Changelog

• The mattock tool is now a shovel. There seemed to be a lot of confusion between what tools did what. This should make it more clear.

• Flint dagger crafting recipe is now unlocked by default (will only apply to new worlds)

• Added a small crafting tutorial to the crafting recipe list

• Fixed leaves not falling off physics objects if they initially have a small amount of leaves (was most noticeable with eucalyptus trees)

• Fixed digging not removing vegetation properly

• Fixed Stone Golem fist slam attack not triggering if player continuously runs around close to them

• Fixed accuracy issues of Stone Golem ranged attack

• Can no longer awaken Stone Golem attacking from outside the throne room

• Increased damage and radius of Stone Golem fist slam attack

• Properly fixed floating arrows. Arrows should now attach and detach properly from objects. (hopefully)

• Fixed crafting not using static items like sticks, flint etc that you find on the ground

• Doors can now only be rotated 90 degrees. Off axis rotations are complicated to determine attachment points for. They may return in the future.

How to Install

• Download the 4 files attached on this post

• Place the 4 downloaded files into the folder where you want to install the game.

• Double click LayOfTheLand_0.4.4_Installer.bat (if a Windows Defender Smart Screen window pops up, just click "More info" and then "Run anyway". If you're worried, you can see the code of the bat file by right clicking it and clicking edit to open it in notepad. The bat file is just extracting the zip files for you)

• Wait for the installer to finish

• Open the LayOfTheLand_0.4.4 folder

• Double click LayOfTheLand.exe
