Feedback Needed - Monthly Rotation?

We've been at it for a couple months now, and mostly the feedback I've gotten has ranged from indifference to confusion. Some people have said it's a fine concept, but they're indifferent because they've already bought the videos and stories they wanted. And a few people just don't even get how it works.
For myself, it's just a bit of a chore to be making the posts and polls every month, and keeping all the links updated and so on.
So what should we do? Should we just stop? What, if anything, could we replace it with? What say you?
