Messin' with Iray
Added 2015-10-18 14:09:49 +0000 UTCSo I've been playing with Iray today. After much trial-and-error I've discovered that it's actually faster than Reality and usually produces a better result. I still prefer Reality's light simulation, but Iray's materials are far superior and much easier to use.
I'm pretty sure I need a new, upgraded computer before I can start doing all my renders with Iray. Your continued support, patronage and product purchases will get me there! In the meantime, you may see more one-off Iray renders as I continue to experiment and get more comfortable with the program :-D
