What's new with you? 

It's always lovely to go back to England, but just for a few weeks; my mother never prepares my breakfast opium correctly. 

I do hope you enjoyed the last video. I don't think I put as much effort into my degree as I did into those 9 minutes. It's a strange one, making this stuff, putting it out there, like sending messages in bottles. You're not sure who's going to pick them up, or what they'll make of them. But if you swear loudly and brashly enough, maybe everything will be all right. 

A few coming projects: one in particular I'm very excited about. I'm finishing up the first part of a new novel, which I'll be releasing in segments. In it, a man writes letters to his missing mathematician wife. 10,000 years ahead, a software entity reads through them and falls a little in love with him. It's got swears and futurey shit. I hope you like it. 

I also recorded the first episode of a new podcast I'll be putting up shortly, along with a website. So that's fun. 

I also thought it might be fun to throw some kind of massive party in Sofia, for those of us of a philosophical/partying/alcoholic disposition. I appreciate that applies to an extremely small portion of you, but still - might be fun.

Someone stupidly introduced me to Netflix, so I geekily went back through Star Trek Voyager, and fuck me - watching it as a teen I had no idea how deep some of the plots go. They really nailed the moral dilemma thing. Massively recommended, if you haven't seen it already, especially an episode called Latent Image.

Aside from that, I also predict you'll enjoy these chaps , who I've been quite obsessed with of late.

So that's the happy haps in any case. I hope you're all doing spiffingly, and it goes without saying that your support still means the fucking world. I couldn't do this without you. So you're all right, you are. I've tried my damndest to reply to all my mail, but messages do slip through the cracks sometimes. Always feel free to pester me until I respond properly.
