Salutations. I had a busy month this month. I apologize. Also, I dunno if you all have noticed, but Patreon has changed their method of payment. Instead of charging on the first of the month, they charge on whatever day you signed up. Like, if you were to sign up on November 7th, you'd next be charged on December 7th. I think. I don't like it, I liked the old method more. That way, I could weasel out of doing my job and make the months free. Unfortunately, I can no longer do that. I must always work. This is what you get when you bend the knee to Apple, which is allegedly why it's different. I will say though, I'll still only take the money out on the first, so you all have plenty of time to refund and break my heart.

Anyways, I did this animation. I actually really like the Lofi stream, I've been listening to it since it first started airing, so I thought I would defile it. I bet it's weird finding out that a smut artist is a fan of yours. I bet it's like waking up to one of those newspaper clipping letters nailed to your door that just says "You look so vulnerable when you sleep." I tried a lot of new things for this project, like more style emulation, I painted over the background, removing some elements like the chair and the first cat, so I could move him to a better location. I also tried something pretty fucking wild, pretty fucking crazy. I didn't actually do any lineart. Normally, what I would do is a rough animation, then sorta clean pencils, then clean lineart with an ink brush. What I did instead was rough animation, then super clean pencils, to the point where I didn't need to do lineart. It sounds silly and inconsequential, but this ended up saving quite a lot of time. I'll do it from now on.

While making this, I thought, "Damn, her ass is too fat." Before realizing that's probably the dumbest sentence out of a smut artist's mouth. I also realized that this is the first actual boy I've drawn. Normally it's like a monster or an animal or something. I uh, I don't know what that could mean. I don't know what Freud would say about all that. But hey, I enjoyed drawing the Synthwave boy. I think I will draw more.

That's all I have to say about that. I'm gonna try to be more diligent. I say that a lot, but I really was heinously busy this month. I'm pretty stoked about the lineart thing, because that will save a ton of time in the long run. Hopefully I can start churning these things out. I'm getting better and quicker, I think. I hope.
