You can also change both ankle straps and mid straps visible/invisible separately by changing the "options parts" in Maker!

Here it is, that's a gigantic shoes, looks very heavy though.
Like previously said, not easy to fit a outfit, maybe just exaggerated Lolita looks good for them?
For KK players, recommend Stiletto plugin parameters are:
Leg: X-axis rotate 23°
Foot: X-axis rotate 22°
Toes: X-axis rotate -50°
