2023年4月17日時点において、わたしが画像生成で使用していたAIモデルの原モデルについて、そのAIモデルの制作者から、商用利用を認めない旨の告知がありました。
画像生成で使用されるAIモデルについては、種々の法的論点が内在すると思いますが、しばらくの間、いったん当該AIモデルを使用した画像生成は中止し、アニメ絵に転向することも含めて、今後について検討したいと思います。
ご迷惑をおかけしますが、よろしくお願いします。
なお、添付画像は、当該モデルとは無関係のAIモデルを用いて画像生成したものです。
このモデルが使用に耐えうるかどうかも含めて検討したいと思います。数日お時間をいただければ幸いです。
