Everything that's available has been implemented in the game, including the entire script, the Jane scenes that are finished, and the new villain's storyline complete with all three new character bust art needed for it. We're close to having a test build already, with about 1/3-1/2 of the planned content.

The girl associated with the new villain has been correctly guessed, and here's her big reveal:

It's Mira Nova from the Buzz Lightyear animated series! Kind of a niche pick, but we're really excited that our game allows the inclusion of such characters, even if they don't get the full-blown story treatment of the main princesses. Make sure to keep asking for your favorite picks in the gameplay surveys, because we're going to do our best to include as many characters as possible!

There has been no further progress on this game that I know of. I'll be personally reaching out to the artist this weekend to find out what's going on. We all apologize for this turn of events.
