3-29-22 Progress Update
Added 2022-03-30 00:35:12 +0000 UTCIn our last big poll, we asked whether you wanted us to spoil any new characters we'll be adding, so today we're going to do just that! But first, a few words about our general progress.
The writing is 80% done, and most of that has already been put into the game, with images to be added around that text later as they are completed. All the new artwork so far has been "catch-up", i.e. adding outfits to older scenes. This is a fair bit of work, especially as the game grows, but the various outfits have always been a main feature of PAD, and all the variations are part of what makes our game a complete, well-rounded experience.
We are trying to meet a six-week deadline since the last beta release. So far, so good, but we can say with confidence that at least the pre-alpha version 0.12x will be released early in April, if the other versions are not.
Okay, now for the preview:
That's right, one of the new characters in the next version will be Ursula! Whether or not you're excited to interact with her specifically, know that her arrival will lead to a plot development that many of you expressed interest in on the last gameplay survey!
