Park After Dark v0.02x Bugfix

Typically we will not release a bugfix version of Park After Dark, instead rolling any changes into the next version that releases. But because this bug stops you from being able to save your progress, we agreed to release it as soon as possible.

If you have started the v0.02x Android version, you will want to uninstall it completely, then install this version and give the game permission to access your device. This is what allows it to create save data there. This bug did not reveal itself during the internal testing process because permissions were automatically given in the development environment.
We also included a quick QOL update that added some features to the Android build which already existed in the PC version. For this reason, you will notice that the version number has updated to v0.02a.
