Option 1 - So the pose probably wont be quite as tight as pictured, cause the mesh will break for sure, but I will try to make it fairly similar. I am unsure about the dog head though, I will probably change that part. Object + Idle.
Option 2 - I like stocks. What can I say? Object + Idle.
Option 3 - So the picture is more of an idea than the actual design, partially because ropes are a bitch to make. However I am thinking sort of suspension by the neck in a similar pose with the rest of the body bound by belts or something. Object + Idle.
