2024-03-16 01:53:34 +0000 UTCFacts on facts! This is exactly how I feel lol stretching is HELLA boring and felt like such a waste of time but I learned the hard way, it's a must. I've been stretching 30 min per day for the past week and I feel so much better, so definitely making sure I keep it in my routine. Sucks we had to get injured to take it seriously, but it is what it is π I'm glad we're doing it now. I'll look into some resistance stretches, thanks for the tip!

2024-02-07 22:30:20 +0000 UTCMannnn, I went through the same but with my shoulder. That stretching shit literally stops whole ass injuries, it's crazy. Stretching just be soo boring it's hard to take it serious but of you want to, try some resistance stretching for warm-ups an static stretching post workout. Definitely makes it more engaging. I've been leaving 30 to 45min on just stretching ever since, can't take anymore chances. That down time feels like torture an the need to say fuck it an lift when you should be recovering is maddening π«

2024-02-03 11:31:43 +0000 UTCDee, this is unrelated to the vid, but what is ur skincare routine? I'm trying the korean skincare products, and possibly using prescribed dermal meds to get a more even skin tone.

2024-02-03 00:50:54 +0000 UTCCongrats, that's awesome! But you're so right, it's all about a calorie deficit. Staying in a deficit can definitely help with weight management whether you're working out or not. Good luck on your journey, keep killing it!

2024-02-03 00:50:27 +0000 UTCYou don't know me...appreciate your support over the years, but please stop being weird. You've said a LOT of strange things for a long time now and I've tried being polite, but you gotta stop or I'ma have to block you. It's getting strange and making me uncomfortable

2024-02-03 00:44:46 +0000 UTCCongrats on losing 8+ lbs. Keep grinding. I lost around 4.1 kg (9 lbs) which i shocked that my fat ass actually lost that much. Yay for me lol. I also agree with when you said you have to take a couple days break from working out and still being on track. People dont know that you can still lose weight and be on a track while not working out, its all about a calorie deficit (im not a fitness teacher idk). Anyways, wish you all the best and keep on thriving!!!!!

2024-02-02 23:48:46 +0000 UTCI feel that, I definitely thought about doing nothing until it's healed π but thanks so much, I'm dedicated to getting this extra weight off me! Keep up the good work on your cut as well :)
Dee Shanell
2024-02-02 23:29:44 +0000 UTCFirstly, your skin is as clear as glass right now! Secondly, no shame in slowing down. I dislocated my knee 2 years ago and used it as an excuse to do nothing for a few weeks π . So the fact youβre staying on track despite injury is already a big feat of self discipline. I really appreciate these videos because theyβre great at keeping me disciplined during my cut π. Keep up the great work, Dee! πͺπΎ

2024-02-02 20:19:02 +0000 UTCDee I wanna thank you for the advice on easing into it and taking it a bit slow. Even tho you had said you werenβt doing that anymore, I started with just one 5 sets and 1 rep a week and upped it weekly. Now Iβm at 5 sets and 4 reps! So thank you for helping me with consistency inadvertently!
