Little Mix & Jesy Nelson Music Videos: "Strip" & "Boyz"

Since Jesy left she’s said that she didn’t like the music they made as a group other than some of their non singles like motivate or notice. Their music was too pop for her and she wasn’t happy having to perform it. That added to her not feeling confident and then her friendship with the other girls not being as strong as it once was all led to her leaving the group. I wonder what actually divided the girls because they were actually friends at one point.

Honestly I feel like most of her negativity is going to come from people who are upset she left Little Mix and then bonus with the blackfish thing. They did the same thing to Camila from 5th Harmony but instead Jesy is black fishing instead of being racist…but unfortunately black fishing has been happening before in music with artists like Miley Cyrus (her biggest era was the blackfish one but we gone ignore that) , Iggy Azalea, etc. Idk why ppl choosing to just now bring this stuff up like it’s been happening and ppl still support some of those artists. Music wise I’m glad she’s doing R&B if that’s the genre she chooses. I liked the song and I love Nicki even though her verses have been a lil soft outside the Whole Lotta Money Remix I wish Jesy the best.

I agree with u. I did like jesy's song. It doesnt sound bad at all. Nicki's verse wasnt groundbreaking I do agree with that as well. It was catchy for me though and went with the song. Contreversies aside, overall music wise,I do feel like this was a pretty safe sound if that makes sense. It wasnt bad for a solo debute

Oh, snap that's Raya (Sharaya J). She's a rapper who was mentored by Missy Elliot. She was in a music competition called "The Four" and she lost to nobody but the finalist in the end. She went all the way from the beginning to the end. I don't know the time that the music video came out, but she was battling cancer and she beat it! All while being on that music competition show. Glad to see her appear in a mainstream song though. Sorry, I had a fanboy moment. I was cheering for her on the show 😂. The first song, I could see being a runway song or an ad campaign for self-empowerment like you said. I'm not a fan of the lyric composition, but I do like the message. The second song was alright in my opinion. Not bad for a solo single though. However, that Empressive video that you posted yesterday lives in my head rent-free. That's about to be the next Dee Shanell Stan Twitter meme.

Personally, I like the song and Nicki’s verse, but it wasn’t all that lol. Your rant yesterday about Nicki was everything cos she definitely deserved that 😭 Coming from a true fan of hers ( I love Nicki to death), I was very disappointed with what she said..🥴
