2021-04-13 18:14:48 +0000 UTCI would agree with you, but what changed it for me is the fact that she said that after she says "I'm in love with my future" she says "can't wait to meet her"; also, she says: "just wanna get to know myself". This is my first time hearing the song I think so I can't say I fully know what it's about, but to me, that conveys a sense of youth and being excited for whatever comes rather than being super goal-focused on anything specific. It feels like leaving whatever the past is, in the past and being excited to move forward which I actually do agree with.
