When you sing in general, you heavily modulate your vowels to what is most comfortable and easiest to sing depending on the word, rhythm, and pitch of the note (the higher in your register you’re singing, the more you do it). A lot of the more comfortable vowels tend to be more “American”, but also, a lot of the time it is neither an American or British pronunciation, but our brains when hearing it perceives it as American. Interestingly, singing with the the stereotypical “indie” sound, means heavily using British sounding vowels and so people will then sometimes think American singers are British.

I don’t think you’re going to find a lil mix song that you’re gonna love but wanted to give options that are at least different and that you could appreciate. I think in general, their visuals and general aesthetic is better than their actual music. I think they’re fairly generic and unoriginal, but they do what they do well hahah
