Evan Reference
Added 2023-03-17 18:00:03 +0000 UTCAs you might have noticed Evan... or at least the essence of what Ben THINKS about Evan is making an extended appearance in this comic.
Because he's appearing so much I figured he should get a reference! Mostly so I don't forget their markings but also because it's just fun. I thought the leaf would be cheeky vs. a plain nude and it will probably be the one I use officially in print because I think it's cute. I plan on using him for more art in the future though so he gets all the versions everyone else will have.
While there won't be a ton of Evan's actual personality or non-fantasy version in this current comic (frankly, his personality edges more on Sandra's in Ben's fantasy-fest) here is some fun info about him:
- Evan is the mom friend, they will carry 500 bandaids, candy, allergy medicine, and will always come drive you home if you get a little too drunk.
- He loves the mornings and doesn't have a problem settling in at night. Staying up too late will make him incredibly cranky.
- They love tea, cozy blankets, jogging, talking to others, and sunny windows.
- He is very scheduled most of the time and gets anxious if his schedule is thrown off in any way.
- His favorite color is green! Followed very very closely by blue.
- Evan uses both He/ They pronouns interchangeably and doesn't have a preference as of this post.
- They prefer to dress gender-neutral dress if possible.
Comments
In the comparison department from shortest to tallest characters are Terry < Avery < Evan β€ Sandra < Ben. Though between the 4 shortest there is only about 3-4 inches in difference spanning them vs. like, an entire foot for Ben haha
