Outfit ported from Shining Nikki

Replaces:
* Headpiece: Veil of eternal passion/devotion/innocence
* Dress: Gown of eternal passion/devotion/innocence
* Handpiece: Frontier dress gloves
* Shoes: Bootlets of eternal passion/devotion/innocence

Notes:

* 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗼+ 𝟮.𝟬 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱
* Outfit uses vegan chest & large bottoms;
* 2 options for headpiece and dress;
* 2 colorsets for the outfit (blue & black and white and gold);
* Won't break for lalafell or male races;
* Boots need to be used with xl heels or CMT/Anamnesis;
* Some weights might not be perfect, i'm sorry ;w;
* Headpiece will work best with my Noir hair;
* Headpiece might clip with ears/horns.
