Personal project for Sept - trying out 3D art (Nomad)
Added 2024-09-15 21:39:43 +0000 UTCSo this month I decided to experiment with a new media - and played around/watched some tutorials on 3D art - specifically Nomad. It's got a high learning curve (for me at least) but it's been something I've been wanting to try my hand with. Still not completely happy with it and how hard it can be to control - I've downloaded Zbrush to try soon - but for now, here's my first little guy :3
took some screenshots of the turn-around and made a .stl output I'll toss up if anyone wants to do anything with it - I might play more with these programs down the road - we'll see!

I've tried playing around with Blender in the past and I simply don't have the time to learn the intricacies of it past posing ready made models. That looks impressive for a first attempt, I'd like to see more and maybe even contribute to a future project ^^
