2025-08-31 19:36:27 +0000 UTCFrieren was “patting” Heiter’s head (Awkwardly - probably to show that it’s either her first time patting someone’s head or she’s not used to patting less awkwardly) because in a couple of flashbacks Heiter would pat Frieren’s head when she did well and to comfort her when she was crying when Himmel died. She was just basically using Heiter’s way of praising by returning the head pats.

2025-07-11 12:44:42 +0000 UTCFor context on whether Frieren got proposal hint. In an older episode it was also explained that elves are almost extinct, because they don't realy care for reproduction. So I guess naturally they don't feel/understand romantic love like humans.
