The attack on titan suite is available on youtube, the 20m performance, could be nostalgic. Hiroyuki Sawano. He did a lot of the aot soundtrack. There are performances with the work he's done on several series. It could be worthwile reacting to that. His work is generally considered exceptional. There are also live concert performances of the first few openings or somesuch, which people like too.

It's crazy that people are able to watch AOT from start to finish in a few weeks/months because the rest of us waited 10 years + to watch it from first to last episode 😭😭😭

Aside from Hayao Miyazaki's works, I also highly recommend Makoto Shinkai's films—Your Name, Weathering with You, and Suzume. This trilogy is truly iconic! If you can watch his earlier works like 5 Centimeters per Second and The Garden of Words, that would be even better!

If I could recommend a movie Redline (2009) anime film is a amazing watch. Its development took seven years and used over 100,000 hand-made drawings. Absolutely beautiful film

Love the reactions guys! Just wanted to chime in on the whole situation regarding Willy Tybur “knowing” he’s gonna die. There’s no direct exposition, but we see a handful of semi-cryptic scenes and flashbacks.
1) Magath is spying on Zeke and already seems sus of him in Ep 2.
2) in eps 3&4 (I think) we see a couple flashbacks of Willy and Magath talking. One is a coded conversation about rats in a basement during the construction of the stage in Liberio. Magath tells him that the structure is basically rotten. I’m sure we’re meant to conclude that, a) they know “someone” from the island is here and has infiltrated the military, and b) because they cannot determine who the traitors are that they have to shake up the leadership. This is why Willy talks about “having to grab the wheel”. He and Magath have concluded that the only way to root out the traitors is to bait Paradis with the War Hammer, create the perfect scenario for an attack, thus creating legitimacy for their planned assault on the island.
The Asian lady, Kiyomi, leaves before the play simply because she already knows about the attack from Zeke.
Zeke has played his own superiors in order to get to the walls with Eren. This is insinuated in a conversation on the airship when Sasha is shot.
Magath and Willy are using the attack as pretext for their war, and Zeke is using the attack as cover to get away with Eren. The flashbacks since being back on the island are slowly exposing what happened to lead our crew to this situation

Do you guys have any plans for a review/QA? I would love to hear their quick thoughts on the series as a whole from the perspective of newcomers and parents (parenthood is a significant theme in AoT - a discussion on Grisha/Zeke/Eren could be fascinating).
It could just be purely based on vibes and not super in-depth. I'm assuming they have finished the show. Maybe, y'all could curate the discussion with our questions as well as just some basic structure like themes, real-world implications, favorite characters, etc... I feel like they could have some interesting nuggets of wisdom to share if we could facilitate it out of them.
If not, it is completely understandable because the show quite literally demands that you dedicate your heart (and time, honestly) to understand everything.
