What do you mean by scam?, First of all, the update have the same amount of content as always (72 new images, 4 events new events and one animation), second, this is an update to progress with Tsunade's affection, if you expect to have an scene of sex with her all the updates you are in the wrong place

You need to do the washmachine event from 0. You get the first part (assjob), after that you unlock the second part of the event, wich is the new content. Other way is unlocking it with cheats (next to Naruto's room)

Necesitas Winrar o algun programa de extraccion de archivos, descarga desde el google drive o desde el pixeldrain, el link que esta abajo del todo en la descripcion. Una vez extraes abre el archivo game.exe
