It’s the third anniversary of Into The Wild, and it’s the perfect time to announce what we were going to do for long - start making the second game!
To begin with, we have 5 game ideas that we (hopefully) will make sooner or later.
As in these three years, we earned much experience, and the release of the latest episode brought us some additional money, now we can hire more people for starting the new game.
Talking of the team, I’ll keep writing the plot and the scenes, and our artist will keep drawing the characters and scenes. Plus, we’ll hire a Python programmer to make the game on the Renpy engine, and the secondary artist for backgrounds and other minor art.
Now to the game. “The Omega Paradox” will be a novel-style game about the furry girl Omega (you can see her in the early draft) and your character: Ben.
Unlike ITW, it’ll have a modern sci-fi setting, as Ben is a government agent working for a secret laboratory, where they’re creating the superhuman project - a cute furry girl of a Labrador breed - which we will have to test in real life.
The gameplay will be based on Ben spending time, having fun, and living together with Omega. They’ll keep getting into fun and sometimes awkward situations, as inquisitive Omega always rushes to explore the human world, while humans are not ready yet for it.
In the meantime, Ben who always lived a single career life will start feeling and seeing the world in a different way with her, and they’ll inevitably fall in love.
The game format will be scenario-based with numerous choices along the game. Each update will consist of a big linear quest with a passionate animated scene at the end. Between the quests, you’ll have a free mode with Omega in your home, where you can have various cute interactions, dress her, earn money, and have minor events with sexy teasers.
For this game, we’ll keep focusing even more on love, intimacy, and sweetness, avoiding too much lust - as we think that the hottest scenes are made by passion, not lewdness.
Obviously, Omega will be the only girl character in the game, with a few other minor characters for dialogues and scenario.
Thus, the game won’t be too long. Obviously, ITW remains our main project. Since these two games are completely different in setting and are made partially by the different teams, it’ll get its own Patreon and itch pages.
At the same time, the preparation of the first pilot episode will be made on this page - so you’ll be able to participate in the making of a new game. Wait for some Omega posts between the classic ITW posts (after the episode is out, Omega posts will move to another page, so don’t worry if you don’t want them here).
