When Zelda and Link returned from their journey, the inhabitants of Hyrule Castle were shocked by her new appearance. The princess that returned was not the athletic and petite young lady who had set out, but rather an overfed, bloated and downright fat blob.
The princess looked like she weighed double what she had just two months ago. Her thighs were the size of her old waist, and constantly rubbed together as she walked. Her breasts had grown enormous and rested on her round gut. Even her face was coated in a layer of fat, rounding out with a hefty double chin. Her gut was an enormous blob that was the centre of attention of her newly grown figure. It stuck out far in front of her, and jiggled and wobbled constantly as the princess would wobble about, out of breath.
Noone was more surprised however, than Zeldas parents. They didn’t understand how two months of travel could have done this to their once thin daughter. They had never seen their daughter in such a state, and they were immediately worried about her health.
Zelda’s first request upon returning was not unexpected: Link would replace her current personal chef. He had gone from being her sworn hero, to her sworn cook, and was tasked with constantly pumping out delicious, fattening meals to keep the much larger princess satiated. Fortunately, Link loved cooking for Zelda, and was happy to be able to help her in any way he could.
Zelda's fitness was significantly impacted by her new weight. She struggled to move around the castle, finding it difficult to navigate the many long corridors and tall staircases. She would find herself winded on short journeys between rooms. She instead opted to leave her chambers as little as possible, having her servants tend to her every need. They brought her her meals, her clothes and any other items she would need. She transitioned into a sedentary lifestyle, all her needs met by her servants, while she got to eat, enjoy, and grow.
As one would expect, this lifestyle only accelerated her gain. She grew fatter and lazier by the day, laying in bed and munching on delicious treats prepared for her by Link. She had given in to her gluttony, and wanted only to continue stuffing her face, not bothered by the consequences.
The consequences of her gluttony were made clear one day, when a royal tournament was taking place in the castle grounds. Zelda had skipped the tournament, deciding the walk down to the ground was too tiring, despite it being only a few hundred meters. However, all of Zelda's servants were left busy attending the event, leaving her to dress herself. She stumbled into her wardrobe, filled with clothes she had long outgrown, and struggled to find anything that would fit. She tried on a gorgeous green gown that had fit perfectly one month ago, but now the fabric was stretched tight across her expanding belly, the seams tearing with a loud rip as she tried to zip it up.
Next, she attempted to put on a beautiful blue dress with a delicate lace overlay, but the buttons popped off one by one as she tried to fasten it. She then reached for a regal red gown with a cinched waist, but the belt broke as soon as she tried to buckle it. By this point, she was panting, sweating and struggling for breaths. Dressing herself was harder than it had once been. As Zelda waddled back to her bed in defeat, she caught a glance of herself in her mirror.
Zelda stopped, and stood in front of her mirror, looking at her reflection in disbelief. She was used to her body growing fatter, but she never imagined it would get to this point. The once beautiful princess was now a mountain of flesh, her body spilling out of her nightgown in all directions. She struggled to catch her breath, panting heavily as she looked down at her enormous belly.
Zelda couldn't believe how much she had changed. Her arms were now plump and dimpled, her thighs were wider than ever before, and her butt was spilling out the sides of the nightgown. She turned around and gasped at the sight of her backside, which was now rounder and more massive than ever before.
She turned to the side and gasped at the size of her profile. Her belly was so big that it obscured her view of her feet. She tried to suck in her gut, but it was no use. Her belly was simply too large, sticking out so far that she felt like she was carrying a watermelon in front of her. She felt a pang of sadness as she realized that her once beautiful figure was now lost forever, replaced by this bloated mass of flesh.
With tears in her eyes, she waddled over to her vanity, pulling out a small hand mirror to get a better look. What she saw made her heart drop. Her face was round and bloated, her cheeks rosy and chubby. Her neck was thick and fleshy, her once elegant jawline now hidden behind layers of blubber. She had become a caricature of herself, unrecognizable to even herself.
Zelda let out a sob, her body shaking as she cried. This was not the life she had imagined for herself. How had she let herself get so out of control? She had become a prisoner of her own gluttony. She didn't know how to escape this new body, or if she even wanted to. All she knew was that she was trapped in this new, overwhelming form, and there was nothing she could do about it. Just as she was about to sink into despair, she heard a loud clatter from outside her room.
Link burst into her room, panting from running up the stairs. He held out a tray laden with delicious smelling treats, including her favorite pastries, sweet candies, and rich chocolates. Zelda's eyes lit up at the sight of the food, and she felt a warm sense of comfort wash over her. She had grown used to Link being her personal chef, and his presence always brought her joy and a sense of security. "Thank you, Link," she said, smiling. "You always know just what I need."
Zelda reached for a pastry, savoring the flaky crust and the sweet filling. She was still astounded at how much her body had changed, but she felt content knowing she had Link by her side, always ready to care for her.
As she ate, she looked up at Link and couldn't help but smile. Despite her physical transformation, he still treated her with the same love and respect he had always shown her. She was grateful to have him in her life and felt truly blessed to have a friend like him.
