Like if they don’t have emotions then what motivates them to do anything. Why would they try to do better or do anything at all if there is nothing in it. They don’t feel happy or relieved when they accomplish their tasks. They don’t feel sad or angry to change anything.

Emotions help us communicate, build social bonds, and react quickly, but in their system all information is instantly shared, so emotions just aren’t necessary. The whole species advances together without relying on individual motivation. Instead of emotions, they have responses to stimuli, similar to primitive organisms.
