Added 2020-07-13 14:03:20 +0000 UTCHiii! Lately I've decided to concentrate on drawing more detailed scenery illustrations so I'm not doing quick sketches and things like that. These kind of illustrations takes more time to make and because of that I post not so often. And I thought maybe you expected me to be more active? So I wondered, maybe there's something you want me to make posts about?
Please give me any of your suggestions, since I'm not sure that would be interesting for you. Maybe daily life photos, some tools talks (but don't expect a lot, I'm just using my everyday stuff to draw and don't try a lot of new materials to make reviews), some advices.. I don't know! Please tell me. Or if you're okay with me not posting super often, then it's also okay!

Oh, I think it's a nice idea actually! I should do something like that! Thank you!

2020-07-13 21:08:36 +0000 UTCyeah, I understand! It's quite pricey now here too, but I got my tripod for quite a cheap five years ago and don't want to buy a new one until this will become unusable!

2020-07-13 21:06:55 +0000 UTCIt's interesting to see how artists use specific colours in a drawing, but it's hard to pinpoint sometimes in the final piece. While if you point out in a progress post it may be easier to tell 😊

2020-07-13 20:11:46 +0000 UTCI think pictures from your daily life would be really cool to see! :) even some of the pics you post on instagram would be cool! I'd also like to see pictures of some of your favorite supplies + paints! but like you said, you pretty much always use the same thing so it might be boring. maybe just a simple picture of 3-5 tubes of paint together, saying "this is the main color scheme of my next painting!💗💛💙💜" I dunno, it's up to you! whatever you want!

2020-07-13 19:40:13 +0000 UTCIn my country, all type of equipment is so expensive! That's because I'm improvising that kind of stuff a lot haha I feel like "ok, I'm not the only one". I'm sorry that people make fun to it, though. 😔

2020-07-13 19:28:15 +0000 UTCohh! I couldn't even imagine that really helped!! I guess it's my national thing, to make working stuff "from shit and sticks" 😂😂 and I still use that set, because the only thing that matters is that it works👍 but I got quite a lot of "and the next moment it falls down" and so on making fun of me messages D:

2020-07-13 19:14:05 +0000 UTCSame here haha I'm trying bit to bit being more open, but being vulnerable it's so scarier. I find that it helps people a lot, though. Like, I was afraid that I didn't have the best equipment. "I should save for a tripod?" I was thinking. And then You shared your workspace on Instagram (the tripod above all the books and the tiny tables haha) I was so cuuuute. It changes my mind "So maybe It is ok not having the best things yet, I should focus on the art instead". It was a tiny thing, but it helped me with my anxiety. (Thanks for that btw). I kind of want being able to help people a tiny bit too. Ah, I'm rambling now haha. I hope this helps!

2020-07-13 19:05:35 +0000 UTCI feel the same actually! I love seeing other artists everyday life and honestly I envy people who can share about their life like that. I'm always afraid of saying anything about myself and my life, somehow haha :'D I'll try to!! Thank you!

2020-07-13 18:37:39 +0000 UTCWell, I like it a lot when artists make updates about their artist life. The references that inspired them, the art supplies they are using, stuff that makes them happy or it makes them laugh. That kind of thing. I like to know the artist more than have fancy rewards tbh. But maybe it is because I am an artist too and I'm biased haha Personally I prefer they being a bit vulnerable and telling when things do go as planned and how they resolve their problems But try doing what is easy for you. The idea of Patreon is helping you, after all. Not stress you more. Take care!

2020-07-13 18:31:51 +0000 UTCI try to post WIPs as much as I can! About colors hmm I'll think about it! Maybe better to list the color names in the post with finished artwork? since I usually just use a very limited amount of colors, it will be used for the whole illustration! But it's usually the same, will it be really interesting?

2020-07-13 17:35:22 +0000 UTCI don't mind the current frequency at which you post actually. But if you do want to post more I'm always happy to see WIP pictures of pieces! Maybe you could throw in a description of what colours/pigments you're using in that moment so we have an insight on your process. Eg. "I painted the hair using vermilion and paynes's grey" or the shirt is done using "pthalo turquoise" etc. Maybe it's just me who likes to know that kind of stuff xD

2020-07-13 17:10:43 +0000 UTCI have two videos like that on my channel, you can check it out! I was asking for more like quick posts which I won't be dying making, instead an another full video, just to keep the page more active. Videos like that also takes a lot of works, since I have to draw another illustration for that and spend my time on editing, I still have to color correct, export for hours and cut parts where I don't do anything, otherwise it would be hours of video for 1-5 views? So I can do it only for another higher pledge but I don't have time for that at all D: And how much of videos like that I have to do just to keep being active... oh god even imagining that makes me feel like dying xDD Ah. btw, a Patreon only special full time video is set as a first goal reward!

2020-07-13 14:30:06 +0000 UTCI think you should have a real time video. It wouldn’t be as demanding, like with whatever art u make your usual pace that will show us how u make it, a raw video, u dont have to edit/ process the video, or talk. So it would be less of a hassle. Simple and easy,Like just mute it. We will learn more from it too 💕
