The kids, both of from the undercity and topsiders bring their greatest inventions and the Councilors or Professors can patron them. The other way is just by having money.

2024-09-20 17:30:25 +0000 UTCA tiny niggle: I agree that stories with magic which follows no rules is boring... unless that magic is some sort of cosmic horror, in which case the fact that it follows no discernable rules might be part of why it is horrific.
