Totally hate watching right now... I hate that don't have enough time in my life to watch all your stuff! Love your work man, thank you so much. You bring amazing and quality reactions to the stuff I love and I enjoy watching you unravel the episodes as they come. About the star buying thing... I won't spoil anything, but in the episode it is related to us that the donation goes towards the planetary defence efforts, so there is that. Also, about Auggy not being broken to pieces, I think that, same as with other characters, she is defined by mostly things unsaid and undone... And I personally think it's been done awesomely.

There will always be an element that wants to exploit the situation for personal gain or not believe there is a threat. Augie is my least favorite character. I think what bothers me is her immaturity. Augie isn't in the books, per se. They split characters in the book into multiple characters for the show.

2024-04-24 19:46:42 +0000 UTCthe sophons are kindof currenty beyond our knowledge but at the speeds they're traveling the santi probably don't have any overly advanced fusion reactors, the fact taht they left some of them behind implies they can't just upload their minds or anything, the fact they have to leave in the firs tplace means they can't build controllable large scale space colonies to live in, all things that we're currently also incapable of but have sortof plausible assumptions of when/how we might get there, the sophons are probably hte kind of freak discovery they wanna stop our particle accelerators from making
