Yeah, the fight in general was very well done. It is mindblowing how many details there are in it. You can also look at it like "hey, they are fighting", but that loses a lot of intricate detail. =)

Earlier he'd stated that he couldn't beat Fern on his own once he'd realized how strong she was, so he started thinking "oh, well Linie will just easily beat that boy and then she can come help me. When Linie distracts Fern I'll kill her." However it wasn't Stark that got killed it was Linie, and so it got mirrored that he became distracted by the surprise of her death and was himself killed in that moment.

2024-01-03 14:25:28 +0000 UTCYeah I agree. It is about Linie being able to perceive the Flow or line of Mana of her opponents being it for defence or offence. That is also why she was so suprised that she only noticed Fern in the last episode when it was to late. Because her Mana detection is quite strong thanks to her ability. Also it would makes sense in the Pattern. Lügner uses lies, Draht uses wires and Linie (tracing) lines of Mana.
