I love this Nani Pelekai <3. It has been for a long time under work and this must be one of the best headmods so far. Everything was made from scratch and with a lot of love!

Expressions

Most of the work on Nani focused on her face - both the headmod and the hair. I spent extra time making sure the expressions felt natural and alive. I’m really proud of how they turned out!

Headmod

As usual, I try to balance staying true to the original concept I had in mind with adapting it to Koikatsu. I didn’t go for a 1:1 recreation—I wanted something that keeps her spirit while matching my style and allowing edits.

Simple UVs, but functional!

Hair

You can tweak the hair a bit to reuse it or adjust it to your taste. I kept it flexible for anyone who wants to mod or play around with it.

Swimsuit

I noticed a small issue with the swimsuit, so I’ll be fixing that. If it takes too long, I’ll make a separate post just for the swimsuit version.
