Upcoming Release: Blaze the Cat
Added 2024-09-04 18:58:30 +0000 UTCI saw many Blaze the cats on the last poll. It was pretty obvious Blaze was the one. I wanted her to be perfectly animated and it took me a long time to create the head. This time I didn't rely on creating the outfit from scratch or I wouldn't have finished. The main outfit and her shoes derive from the base models. Everything else was created from scratch.
The hardest part is creating the head. Sonic character have VERY unique animation styles that just don't work on KK and I had to redo this several times from scratch because the idea I'd have wouldn't match. I'm very happy that it worked in the end and I want to do more Sanic characters because I'm kinda little messed up in the braino like that. I've asked around and many of you seem to want more of the furry so why not have a special poll - just for one occassion - to create another Sanic character on my own terms? I'll use the database we've collected to create the poll, but if you have something to add, let me know in the comments!
So far this is how the model is looking:

I'm not sure if you prefer a clear belly or not like in other Sanic character. Let me know in the comments! Also let me know if you have ideas for other characters that I could adapt to this headmod shape, because I think I could use the model I have and get something else done cutting a little bit of the workload. I'm coming to terms that I need to cut some corners from time to time to achieve our goals :3

I have no preference on the belly as she would look great either way. But if you want to be accurate to the official design, her belly is the same color as her fur. At least that's what I recall from one of her outfits in the Olympic games.
