Update #72: Next Release Betilla

No judgement. She hot.
Her hair is very crazy and my main issue is that references are kind of scarce and inconsistent. I really don't have any side-view so I went with what I guess it would look like. The same goes with her face but I still want to work on this tomorrow to see if get a new perspective. I also gotta finish a couple of details and shifts but I suspect I'll be done tomorrow and start on the next release ;3
