Hiring: Cartoons (Part 2)

As you know (or if you don't know) poll categories are decided randomly based on your survey inputs. Cartoons was chosen to be the first poll and 2 or 3 out of the the next 3 or 4 polls will also be decided randomly :3
We've also implemented a solution to having too many inputs in the polls which is to temporarily retire the least supported options with a chance of appearing on a Bonus Poll (also decided randomly).
Currently we have 43 options in this poll so the algorithm demands 11 sacrifices.
