Change to Patreon Payment system
Added 2017-03-03 23:18:01 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Just to let you know I opted to the new Payment Upfront system here on Patreon. Existing members will not see any changes to their payment as they were successfully charged on the 1st. However for new incoming patreons you will be charged on the day of signing up. You'll still get all the great new content delievered to you for your donation amount.
One of the reasons I did this was that I saw several people sign up over the past 2 months, get their rewards, and then quit before being charged. I felt that this practice was not fair to me nor to the other patreons honestly supporting Redrobot3D.
This type of behaviour was the reason I quit the subscription model on my own website and moved to a Patreon backed system.
