You'll find Mai looking at a wall. Interact with her to get the key wich will open the door blocking. Once you get the key, leave the room and go to the top to continue and you should be good

There seems to be either a bug or feature missing for the tournament quest cause once i beat roshi i dont get to stay in the time chamber and get sent to the tournament, also maybe this is for a later patch but the replay function at the time machine doesn't work even after completing the tournament quest.

I kinda forgot a part of the idea is where chi chi asks or bribes Popo or is it Dende to use it again. And that would be a part of whole new quest. Chi Chi could see the tournament on TV again, that made her remember her time inside the chamber. So she decides to "train" again inside the chamber with Roshi but this time it's just sexual activities instead. Plus Chi Chi could talk to Bulma about her new "training" that starts a part 2 with Bulma, part 3 could be Android 18 with part 4 would be Videl. Just the last 2 would be way later down the line.

The exercises are added in the last day scene where Roshi teach the Kamesutra to Chi-Chi. It's more smooth to do so instead of doing too much exercises and it fits better in the story

What's going to happen with the sexercises since it was removed? One idea could be: Chi Chi could ask Roshi for some new training in the time chamber that's just all sexual. Sexercises, outfit choices (skimpier training clothes, roshis robe or towel, and nude), bath tub fun, new TV scenes or new bedroom scenes, maybe some kitchen scenes with nude apron, some new options for relaxation scenes, and maybe some scenes when choosing not to train.
