If there was one thing that was seen in that episode, it is that Luna -wants- to be 'punished'. Punishment could be delivered by the Mane 6, all of Ponyville, or even the Changling Queen herself. Heck, you could have a waiting line for ponies who want to punish Luna, and even have different gifs of whose turn it is (pretty much the same gif with character swapped and let people choose which pony the like most). But there needs to be some self-bondage of Princess Luna as well as signs of a spanking going on.
