lots of scrap for douglas frost

This is a series of scrap for a not-so new human OC of mine. I believe I made him around early 2019. And unlike many of my other OCs, I actually have a name for him: Douglas Frost. Human names are just so much easier to come up with than the ones for fantasy races. I mean Brofistigar, what kind of a name for an Orc is that?

You've probably seen Mr. Frost around before in many of my scrapped projects. And like with many of my other OCs, I still haven't been able to use him in an actual, finished project yet. I just feel there really hasn't been a good opportunity for him to make his "perfect" debut yet. In fact, I think ak0 has been more successful with using this particular OC than I have. He does tell me that this OC of mine is among his favorites.

Design and story wise, I always imagined him being a more extreme Frost mage. Just a bit more fervently frosty than your typical Frost mage, and with a bit of a Shamanistic edge to him (which is reflected by the gear he's wearing). His fancy tattoos aren't really so fancy; they're just the Nightborne tattoos, but they do look good on him. And of course, there's that necklace. I forgot which assets I used exactly, but I think it's a nice addition that fits his character and helps him stand out.

Much of the scrap you see here are just me putting him into random projects to see how he looks (and also for "personal" purposes). The set with him touching himself is based off another set of scrap (that I don't think I've shared yet) from #62 (with the set from #58, what a mess, right?). That's actually not his body, and I just quickly applied his tattoos and and gave him his helm so that it looked like him. I just really wanted to see what he could look like while touching himself. And I like it very much, to say the least.

The other piece of scrap I want to talk about the most is the very first image you see here. That was very much an experimental shot; I wanted to try out new camera angles and perspectives. His pose is fairly simple; his body language is nearly non-existent, but he's far from being expressionless (look at his face). Simplicity simply works here imo; he just looms over you, rock hard. In my mind, he doesn't have to do or say much here, because he expects you to know what to do for him. And for me, that kind of subtlety is a major turn on, because it encourages your imagination to run wild.
