The only luck I’ve ever had in reaching a human is when disputing copyright claims, and the humans I’m reaching don’t even work at YouTube but for the company for which the claim was made (and, might I add, the bots are almost always the ones who make the claims even in Fair Use cases, and the companies have no idea about it).
