The Next Vote - Lots of Options

With this Semesters Exam phase (and the subsequent binge drinking) behind me, its time to resume creative Output.

First step on the Agenda is to finalize the Hanger, which only needs a few minor adjustments to its sound files, as well as a free standing variant. But the later just requires a model swap and can reuse the existing scripts, so this shouldn't take much time.

But in order to be ready when that time comes, We already need to Decide on the follow up project. And I have Quite a few Options for you this time.


1: Orkish Bounty Hunters - The Stronghhold

As outlined in the Original post about OBH, this project is supposed to become a very big thing at some point. In the first Step I added the Hunting partys and the temporary camp, and In the Next Step I want to add the 2 remaining camps, as well as Start working on the Stronghold, the Bounty Hunters Base of operation.

When finished, It will consist of two areas.


But Lets not get Ahead of ourselves. In short, IF you vote for the OBH option you will get:
-2 more temporary ork camps
-Stronghold Outdoor Area
-NPC handing out Basic and repeatable Bounty hunting quests.


2. Continue with The Solitude Events

We left there for a creative pause, but There are a few started but unfinished things there.

-Scene involving the Guilloutine
-Dialogue options for the Plaza Overseer
-Back alley actions with the Overseer to Get your followers out of unjust confinement.


3. Work on the Outdoor Event Pack

The obvious thing left to do here is to add the Randomly appearing NPC´s when the Player decides to wait instead of attempting to break free by themselves. Will also add An entirely new Outcome with the new Hanger Device.


4. New Event for the Punishment Pack

-Adding a new PA outcome if the Player Misbehaves while in jail or fails an escape attempt. While also feature the New Hanger and have Lethal/Nonlethal outcomes, and will also involve Players follower for a change.


5. New Device "Dwemer Animunculi charging Device"

Deep down in the Ruins of the Dwarven cities, there are Mysterious Devices harnessing the power of Electric Soulgems to recharge the Automatons patrolling the Halls. It didn't take Long for someone to ask the question "What if we strap a human in there?"

Since nothing of this Sort exist in the Game, I will have to design it from scratch in Blender. (which is actually something I did before starting skyrim Modding, so It shouldn't be very difficult). Will include moving parts and new Animations.


6. Decorative spikes

Same option as in the Last poll. Adding a new bunch of simple Devices/spikes which can be used to display Heads/Bodies of defeated enemies or executed criminals and thereby improving the ambient feel of affected Areas.


So, these Are the Options.
As for time requirements, its Ascending order, which means:
option 1 - takes the most time
option 6 - takes the least time


As for voting itself, Note that we use the Approval voting system. This means you can pick as many options as you want. And at the End, the option with the most picks, i.e. the one with the highest approval, wins.

First four are all great! Generally love the variety of existing devices, and your ability to integrate them into your framework mods is getting better with each release. I am partial to story content, so I'm keen to see how you can expand on the OBH/Solitude/Outdoor events.

There's a story I read once where the mc witnesses someone becoming a Dwemer's battery in it's chest cavity and I've loved the idea ever since.
