Whiterun and Falkreath Added

As the title says, it includes Falkreath and Whiterun as possible execution locations.
It also includes a few more bugfixes, notably another safeguard against the scene getting stuck at certain points.
I´ve also included an automatism to disable Zap´s animation replacer (which is completely broken anyway)
installation:
some minor changes in script properties have happened again, which means you need a new savegame, or wait 30 ingame days for the properties to update.
For those who are still struggling (no pun intended) with the escape minigame, you can press the "E" and left "shift" keys in addition to the spacebar. using all 3 keys should make escape trivial. But From a gameplay perspective, I think escaping from a predicament like this shouldn't be easy, so I´ve decided against lowering the actual difficulty again.

regarding ESP limits, can thouse new events be ESL flagged?
2023-04-22 23:45:36 +0000 UTCmake sure the esp is enabled. If you use vortex, you might need to auto sort the load order so the plugin gets a position assigned.

2023-04-19 15:54:32 +0000 UTCTry using a new Savegame, that usually solves most issues. Also, you need deadly furnitures 2.3.5 or higher in order for the Hanging event to trigger. (few posts further down).
