I´ve already posted to many pictures, so I dont want to spoil it any further.
As always, if you want to use it as an actual PA event, I STRONGLY recommend using a new save file.
But if you only want to see the scene, I´ve included (launcher) chains again. featuring full NPC support.
The Scene should work in all holds. But in order to preserve my sanity, I´ve only tested it in Falkreath.
since this is a long event with multiple routes, chances are that I´ve overlooked something, When you find issues, please let me know.
note: the "lethal survival chance" setting in the MCM influences the outcome.
installation:
The Impaler addon V0.3 for deadly furnitures is a pre-requesite , because it contains the assets for the Impaler.
when installing, the new punishment pack, make sure it overwrites Deadly furnitures.

EDIT: Uploaded correct version which fixed the broken drowning scene, as well as path finding issue in whiterun.

you either need to start a new savegame, or you need to manually register the new events. There is a small tutorial on the frontpage of prison alternative on how to do that. But a new game is the safer option. Besides that, you could also try using the little pullchain which should be close to the device.
