Prison Alternative Base update.

I had to make some Backend changes to the base mod.
And while I was at it, I included a new endless mode.
As the name Implies, there will be no release events when toggled on.
Feature can be toggled even mid-sentence.
Admittedly, this would be more interesting with more daily events available, but they will follow eventually.

Just overwrite the existing version.
upgrade on existing save file is ok.

Ugh! Sorry for not seeing that. But unfortunately, that setting prevents dirt overlays from Bathing in Skyrim Tweaked showing on the body.

This is such a fun mod. Permanent place in my load order. Just arrested for the first time in Riften and played through the guillotine party a few times. Each time I CTD'd at the point the guillotine fell. Any troubleshooting ideas?

Sorry, i kinda missed that message from you. Anyway, the problematic script in this case is still attached to the devices, which means the auto-clean function of Fallrim tools wont pick it up. I already know whats causing it, I just need to figure out a workaround.

I have a rudimentary knowledge of cleaning saves using Resaver from Fallrim tools. That is limited to opening an existing save and removing unattached instances and undefined elements. Usually though, opening a save alone shows whether the save has either and I show neither on my current save. Let me know if there's something I can do at my end to help your investigation.

Thanks for the response. The Windhelm addon (PA_Extension_BadEndsRevived_WindHelm_V0.6_ForSpecialEdition) was already installed when I started my current playthrough. This happened on an earlier playthrough when it was installed mid-game, but it did work at least once - meaning that the "drop" caused almost immediate death with the PC hanging with toes pointed down. Not sure why it's not working now but I'm sure it's something I've done wrong.

I was just speculating here. If nade only has the Defeat on Knockdown, there should be no problem using that. P-alt is specifically made to never trigger actual bleedout during recapture.

Thanks for the response. I see a Defeat Chance (on Bleedout) option in the Nade MCM that is set to 100% by default but I don't see a health threshold based knockdown option as with Defeat. It's always possible my old eyes are missing it?

The "certain features need to be disabled" line is more of a general precaution. I obviously didnt test ALL companion mods. But something I believe I remember for nethers, you should disable teleportation. No guarantees that it wont cause other problems though. I optimized it for EFF. Naked defeat and other Defeat mods should actually work with the recapture mechanic. The recapture never triggers actual bleedout, so you should be fine. If you still get problems, disable Nade´s health threshold based knockdowns. And not using surrender might also be neccessary.

Sorry for the bother - couple of more questions. I'm using Nether's Follower Framework. I see in the Loverslab page for this mod that certain options need to be disabled. Can you tell me which ones? Also, while you are possibly working out compatibility with Naked Defeat, do you have suggestions as to how to address interaction between the mods. So far, it seems that the only way to have the PA recapture system work smoothly is to completely disable Naked Defeat, which is not really a big issue but just want to be sure I'm not missing something else I can do. Thanks again for your help!

I am primarily! But I have the Auto-Input switch mod installed so that I can use the keyboard and mouse as well. Thanks for the clue. I'll see if I can figure out the correct keys.

When hogtied, usually you should get an interaction prompt when pressing certain keys (very common ones) on your keyboard. Are you perchance using a controller?

Just made the connection that Hogtied is one of the punishments. Still, if there's a way out, I can't figure it. Is there a way out? No need to spoil just want to be sure I'm not in a glitch.

I'm loving this mod. Trying to get it to work with Naked Defeat and see in a later post it's possible you may be working on compatibility. I upgraded to this version from the Loverslab version. Before the upgrade, occasionally after an escape, the PC would be returned to the cell hogtied. Even if I could reach the bed, I got the prompt that something bad was about to happen. Waiting did not trigger anything. Eventually, I reloaded the save from from the Guard's quarters and ran through capture again, at which point punishment was triggered. Even after update, this has happened at least once. Is this Naked Defeat related? I've also reduced the number of hits necessary to subdue to one to avoid triggering Naked Defeat. Again, love this mod, in particular because it seems so reliable but just want to be sure I'm understanding how to get it to work smoothly. Thanks for your anticipated help!
