Mini Update and Bugfixes

Someone on LL pm´d me because he found a bug with Deadly furnitures (the Gallow to be specific) which could break other mods like "go to bed" when the non-lethal variant was used at any point by the player.

Fixing that didn't take overly long, but since I already had the thing opened up in the CK, I thought I could as well go the extra mile and address some of the other outstanding issues. Most notably the flying-away issue when an NPC is killed with the legs-free variant.
This should be fixed now.
Other changes:
-I made the armor-stripping on corpses optional (can be toggled in the MCM)
-Weapons/arrows will now be unequipped on corpses
-the tracking-rope can be disabled for those who experience high script lag (can happen if you try to hang 20 npcs at once).

current priority is still the Impaler, but I thought this needed addressing.
When installing, just overwrite anything from previous versions, new game is not required.
