Prison Framework mod is progressing smoothly

Dubbed "Prison Alternative" as a working title, I'm making solid progress on the Prison Framework which will eventually serve as a Venue to integrate the Deadly Furnitures into the game.

The main Goal is to have a System which allows for dependency-free and easy integration of unlimited new Events at any point. either by me or by others who feel inclined to do so. while i did only test this with small dummy events yet, registration and execution of such modules seems to work fine.

The main content of the "Base" mod is the a system to trigger such events. This is how I designed it as of now:

-Depending on the crimes Severity, the player will be in Jail for a set amount of "Days"

-Every "Day" there will be a "daily" event.

-If the player misbehaves (tries to escape, pickpockets, attacks guards), the Guard will attempt to recapture the player and put him back into his Cell. A "punishing" Event will trigger.

-If the player sits out the entirety of his sentence, an "Release" Event will trigger. This will be the normal release by default, but can also be used as a bridge to other mods like simple slavery.

As an optional Feature, I have implemented a more realistic escape System. In order to escape, you now have to get out of the city and loose eventual pursuers. Guards will remain hostile until you manage to do so. Which means no more walking through a filled Guardhouse like you own the place. As mentioned, Guards will not kill, but recapture you if they manage to catch you and trigger an punishment event. your prison sentence will the resume as normal.

Also, the entire system is build upon the Vanilla Jail Events, which means its perfectly compatible with pretty much anything.

Most of the features are already working as intended and are stable. hopefully I can get a playable version ready within next week.
