The Internship Chapter 9

I woke up to my 5:30 alarm screaming at me. Asha was putting on her clothes.

Would you like some coffee? I asked

No baby! I have to get ready too! I'll see you soon! You were terrific! Asha said.

Asha kissed me and left. She closed my door softly and went upstairs using the stairs. I felt a bit emotional as she left. I was still wrapping my head around being penetrated last night. I loved it!

I was ready for more action, but I had to be early. Trina wanted me in early. So I started getting ready.

Just like yesterday, I had to match my makeup and nails to my entire ensemble. To a certain degree, I understood why Trina wanted things a certain way. As long as no one was making fun of me or teasing me, I was fine wearing these beautiful clothes.

I didn't miss wearing baggy clothes or those scratchy shirts. The satin, silk, and the nylons felt wonderful. My skin has never been softer or smoother. My body is completely hairless. My hair is thicker, longer, and stronger than ever.

Except for a small, strange tingling sensation I felt in my lower abdomen and nipples, I was healthier than ever. My energy and focus were as sharp as ever.

I went to put on my bra and falsies I noticed my nipples were a little more sensitive, but it was tolerable. I found myself with a smile that wouldn't go away this morning. I put on my makeup with ease. I felt like I'd been wearing makeup my whole life.

At 7:15, Sheila knocked on my door to check on me. I was dressed, made up, and ready.

Jackie! Ohh my goodness! Look at you! Sheila squealed.

Do I look presentable? I asked as I did a little spin. (Why did I do that?)

You're perfect! Sheila said. You catch on quick! Impressive! Especially after yesterday!

Nothing like a good night's sleep! I said.

Are you ready? I thought we could stop at the coffee station in the cafeteria before we go to work.

Sounds great! I said. I was as happy as I ever felt.

I grabbed my black leather backpack and matching hip purse. Sheila and I were walking through the Quad at a rapid pace. I had so much energy it was hard to contain it!

Sheila and I got coffee and separated into our own buildings. I went straight to Trina's office and started setting up my desk outside. My smile was bright and joyful. I wanted to be ready when Trina walked in.

There was a note on my desk. It was instructions on how Trina likes her coffee. The note said to check the bottom drawer.

I checked it. There were two 40-ounce Yeti stainless steel insulated cups with lids. The name Jacqueline in silver was on the purple one and Trina in gold on the black one. Immediately hustled downstairs and made her an iced coffee with Italian sweet cream and 4 scoops of Splenda. I poured my coffee into my mug and topped it off.

I made it back to my desk before she arrived. I set the coffee on the coaster on her desk and returned to my desk and started checking my email. I noticed that my security clearance was fully approved. My test scores were all in the 99th % percentile! (I wasn't surprised).

Trina had made entries on my calendar about what I was required to wear every workday. I noticed I had an appointment with the IT department downstairs at 1:30 pm after lunch for my new smartphone and tablet.

At 8:15 am, I heard the thunderous clicking of high heels approaching. I instinctively stood up. It was Trina, dressed in the same shade of blue pantsuit as my blazer dress. She smiled at me as she approached my desk.

Good morning Ms Costa! Coffee is on your desk!

Thank you, Jacqueline! She said. She smiled at my efforts and closed the double doors.

An hour went by as I took calls and messages. In between calls I started studying my calendar, completing the assignments and responses. I wrote up a couple reports that needed editing and finishing. It was all mundane work, well below my education and training level, but considering the money they were paying me, I didn't mind a bit.

I met the girls at the main cafeteria for lunch. Asha and the girls were all giving me a wicked little grin. It was like they knew what Asha and I did last night. Sheila didn't join them in their grinning, but she suspected she knew before they did.

How are things going this morning? Sheila asked.

Great! I'm all caught up on my emails and my calendar assignments. Trina gave me my own personal Yeti coffee thermos with my name on it.

What color is it? Jennifer asked.

I'll bet it's pink! Tina said.

Light blue! Anna guessed.

It's White! Kylie guessed.

No! It's purple! I'm willing to bet she put your new name on it in silver or gold too! Asha said.

What's my new name? I asked.

Sheila smiled and said nothing.

Jacqueline! Asha exclaimed.

Half of the cafeteria looked at us.

Jacqueline! With a "Q"! I said proudly.

You're going to fit in very well with Trina, Jacqueline! Sheila said. But I'm still going to call you Jackie!

I'd be disappointed if you didn't! I said.

We giggled together as a group.

I couldn't help myself, I was so happy! Great friends, good job, and a potential career starting. Things were looking up for me. I felt like I found my place in the world.

I got back to my desk five minutes early from lunch. I was freshening up my lips when Trina walked in, and I stood up.

Very nice! I like to see my people taking pride in their appearance! Everything you do is a reflection on me! I have some very big goals in mind for us and the company. Stick with me, stay loyal to me and your future here is assured! Trina said.

I'm your girl! You can count on me! Anything you need, please let me know! I said with pride.

That's very reassuring, Jacqueline! Because things are going to get very busy, very soon! I don't need just another executive assistant, I'm going to need a partner in my projects, someone with your education and fresh perspective! We'll talk about it soon. For now, get freshened up and get to the IT department.

Yes ma'am! Thank you! I said very respectfully.

She closed her double doors.

The IT department was in the basement. It was also where most of the men worked. Not one of the men I saw looked over 35 years old. About a dozen young men were working in the section I was in. There were several numbered doors to additional sections.

Can I help you? The young man behind the front desk asked. His security ID said Peter Worth. (He was younger looking than me and kinda cute too)

Yes, Mr Worth. I'm Jackie Neagly. I have an appointment to pick up my new company phone and tablet.

You're Trina's new assistant! I'm sorry I didn't mean to sound rude!

It's okay! You weren't! I'm sure you are very busy! I smiled at him softly, putting him at ease. (How did I know how to do that?)

"Men are just little boys" I heard Jan's voice in my head.

Just a moment Ms Neagly! Peter said with the respect you reserve for people like Trina. He picked up his phone.

Tim! It's Pete... Ms Neagly is here for her mobile devices!

Okay! I'll send her back! Thanks! Peter said.

Your equipment is ready Ms Neagly! Go straight down the main aisle it's the last office on the left! Peter said.

Please call me Jackie! Thank you, Peter! I said in a very silky soft voice with a bright smile.

Ya.. ya... You're welcome! Ja.. Jackie, he said, stuttering!

I thought it was cute. I walked past his desk. I noticed he was watching me as I clicked my high heels on the tile floor. Everyone looked at me as I walked across the main floor. I should have felt uncomfortable and yesterday I was. Today I enjoyed it! I took it as a compliment.

I arrived at Tim's office. The sign said Timothy Moore, Mobile Device Department Supervisor.

I knocked to show him some respect.

Enter! He shouted.

Tim was flipping his pen in between his fingers when I walked in. He was trying to act tough and confident, and it worked, until he looked up from the equipment on his desk and saw me standing there. He dropped the pen!

Tim looked like a cute nerdy/geeky guy. He has a long, narrow face with a slightly strong chin. He had small squinty eyes and slightly thin lips. He had a peach fuzz moustache that was neatly trimmed, but wasn't doing him any favors in the macho man department.

Hello? He said. He looked like he was lost for words. Even worse than Peter.

Mr Moore, I'm Jacqueline Neagly! We have an appointment! I said smoothly but directly.

Yes ma'am! I'm sorry! He said as he scrambled to clear his desk. Please sit down!

Thank you! I said smiling. He was blushing.

Can I get you a coffee? He asked.

No sir! I'm fine. I'm here for my mobile devices! I said trying to help him regain his focus. It was clear my presence had rattled him a little. I actually was enjoying this power over these young men. I was careful not to overdo it! I knew I'd need their help again in the future.

Right! I'm very sorry Ms Neagly. I've been working on a few different things around here.

It's no trouble! I said.

Let me see.... Here they are!

Are you familiar with Android devices? Tim asked.

I am! I said, maintaining the control I had over him.

That's great! He said smiling a little.

May I have your PIV card? He asked.

I handed it to him.

He plugged it into the slot and started tapping his keyboard. He turned the screen around and slid the keyboard in front of me.

Log in with your PIN and follow the prompts, please! He said.

I typed in my name as my legal name. The system rejected it. I typed in Jacqueline Neagly and the system accepted it. I found that a little bit odd. I made a note to ask Sheila about it.

I went through and entered all my pedigree information and company email address. The system popped up a new prompt. It said to enter the secondary challenge PIN. "Do not use the current PIN number".

What's this about? I asked Tim.

You must have a very high security clearance! Make up a Fresh PIN number. I don't want to know! He said.

I work for Trina Costa! I said

That would explain it! Tim said and smiled at me.

I set up the additional PIN number.

Both the tablet and phone spooled for several minutes. Tim kept glancing at me. He was trying to be professional, but his basic instincts were getting the better of him. I enjoyed his frustrated attempts to be professional. He never said or did anything unprofessionally.

Finally, the system beeped, and it was finished. He looked relieved when it beeped. I thought it was a little cute!

Okay, let's test it! He said regaining some focus on the job.

I logged in to each device, checked, and synced my email and Teams accounts. I noticed several new Seirens Corporate apps, including a Development Members Application. I made a mental note.

Is that it? I asked.

Yes, ma'am, for now. If you need anything, please, don't hesitate to call us! We'll come to you! Tim said.

Thank you, Tim!

Anytime! Ms Neagly!

Please call me Jackie! I said

Thank you, Jackie! Have a nice day and welcome to Seirens!

I smiled at him and winked at him. That made his day!

I walked through the main floor of the IT department, and just like before, all the keyboard clacking came to a sudden stop. It made me strut with a little more sway in my hips. I couldn't stop smiling.

I got a great amount of enjoyment watching the reactions I got from my presence. It was rush like nothing I ever felt before. I was eating it up inside.

Peter almost stood up when I came by his desk.

Have a nice day Peter! I said smiling.

Uhh! Thank you, you too, Ms Neagly!

As I rode up in the elevator I noticed my reflection in polished stainless steel doors. All I could see was a woman. It made me smile. I took out my compact mirror and checked my makeup. I touched up my lipstick a bit.

I couldn't stop thinking about the rush I got from Tim and Peter fumbling around me. The response I got just walking through the IT department. All those guys oogling over me! I was beginning to understand more and more about what Jan said about men.

I really enjoyed that! I wasn't sure if I should enjoy it that much, but I did! As a guy, I never had that effect on women. I felt like that a few times when a gorgeous woman would come into the coffee shop, but I didn't think I'd stumbled that much. I'm going to have to learn how to harness this new power!

I couldn't stop smiling as I thought about what just happened. I've seen Jan manipulate men in the coffee shop before. I envyed the tips she made because of it. The men constantly fell for it every time. Now it seems I have that kind of power.

I couldn't help thinking maybe I was going too far with all of this. But every minute I was dressed up like this felt more comfortable and natural. It was like my inside was rushing to catch up to my outside appearance. It probably should have bothered me, but it didn't!

I felt a little flutter in my lower stomach and my breasts. I couldn't help enjoying this feeling happiness and glow from within me. I could swear it was increasing all the time. Maybe it should have worried me, but I wasn't worried, I was happy and healthy. I felt full of life!

More than ever, I was ready to get back to work and kick some ass! I felt stronger and more confident than ever!
