The Internship Chapter 6

At 8:20 pm Sheila and I rode the elevator down to the lobby. We were the first to arrive in the lobby. About 5 minutes later 3 girls showed up.

Jackie! I'd like you to meet Tina, Asha, and Jennifer. Girls this is Jackie! She's the new Intern! Sheila said.

Nice to meet you! I said.

Nice to meet you! Tina said.

You're adorable! Asha said

You're a cutie. Jennifer said. I love your earrings.

Moments later the elevator opened and two more beautiful young women showed up.

Jackie, meet Kylie and Anna! Sheila said.

Nice to meet you! I said.

Welcome to our crew! Kylie said. You are pretty!

You wear that dress very well! Anna said.

Thank you.

The seven of us aren't going fit in my Camry! Ahsa said .

We'll just have to take two cars! Anna said.

I'll drive! I have a Tahoe! It will fit all of us!

Then you'll be our designated driver! Kylie said.

Are you okay with that? Jennifer asked you are kinda our guest tonight!

I'm only 20, so I can't drink anyway! I'll be fine! I said.

I was happy driving tonight! I wasn't a big fan of drinking anyway. I was more concerned about making a good impression before I started working.

We loaded up and headed into town. We stopped at this bar called the Neon Rodeo.

I thought we were going to a nightclub? I said.

This is a nightclub! Sheila said. They play country and classic rock until 11:30, then they play everything popular.

We were early, the bar wasn't crowded at all. We got a decent table near but not next to the dance floor. We ordered a platter of ahi tuna and some California Rolls of sushi. The girls order appletinis, I was given a bright yellow No Service wrist band. I had a Diet Coke.

We were all wearing heels. My new friends wanted to dance. I wasn't much of a dancer. Up until two weeks ago I was a virgin too!

Come on Jackie! Let's dance!

I'm not much of dancer! I said

Don't worry we'll teach you! Asha said.

Come on! It will be fun! Besides there isn't hardly anyone here yet! Jennifer said.

Okay, I guess it won't hurt! I said.

We went to the dance floor. The DJ started playing T-R-O-U-B-L-E by Travis Tritt. The song was easy to dance too.

Asha was the most forward of the group with me. She spooned me from behind and wrapped her arms around my waist and started gyrating her hips side to side.

Dance with your hips, not your shoulders! She spoke directly in my ear. That's it relax your knees, move your feet a little. Have fun. Twist your body a little. Relax your arms, let your arms swing naturally. That's it your getting it.

The friction from Asha spooning me and soft, deep voice was inticing! She moved her hand across my stomach. I could feel my nipples getting erect. My boy bits were getting a little stiff too. We were dancing but this felt like foreplay!

Take it easy Asha! Jennifer said. Come here Jackie! Jackie took my hands and was holding them as we danced in front of one another. I was having a great time. I forgot about the dress I was wearing and started enjoying myself.

Another song started and girls taught me how to do the Two Step dance. After 30 minutes of dancing we took a break. The girls order a pitcher of water and another round of Appletinis.

I was grateful that I wasn't drinking. My drinks were free! I tipped the waitress ten dollars after my second diet Coke. After I did that, I never went dry for my drink.

Just before 10 pm we went to the bathroom. I went with girls. I hesitated for a moment. If your dressed as a girl, you use the ladies room! Sheila said. I sat down and did my business. When I came out I watched what my new friends were doing. I touched up my hot pink lips Sheila helped me with and added a little blush. I touched up my eyeliner and added a touch of mascara.

We were back at our table as the crowd filtered in. Several guys walked by our table. I was a little uncomfortable with the some of the looks the guys gave us. I was wondering if I did that to women.

Asha leaned into my ear. Relax Jackie all the guys do that! And yes I know you are really a guy. I think you're hot! We all know! I like you Jackie! Asha touched my leg under the table and smiled.

I started feeling like I was being seduced. I liked it! Asha is beautiful. Her olive skin had a natural glow. Her black wavy hair and dark brown eyes drew me into her. Her voice was what drew me in the most. I couldn't stop myself from being seduced.

Easy, Asha! Let her get to know us first! Tina said. Sorry Jackie, some of us have less self-control than others! It's been awhile since we had a fresh face around here!

You girls are pretty tight! I said.

We hired in together! Kylie said. We went through training, orientation, and development together. It's great to have you here!

I'm excited about this opportunity! I said.

A couple of guys dressed up as cowboys walked to our table. They asked Sheila and Anna to dance. As the minutes progressed, slowly we went from 7 to 5 to 3 to just myself and Asha at the table.

A two step dance started. Ahsa took my hand and practically pulled me out to the dance floor. Soon we were dancing. We were moving all over the dance floor. We weren't the only girl -girl couple out there.

All my new friends were out there dancing. Asha's forward and flirty attitude was infectious! I couldn't help myself, I was becoming very attracted to her. I looked at the men my friends were dancing with. They only smiled at us.

They were nice looking guys, but I didn't feel an attraction to them. Asha was similar to Jan, only Asha had a more powerful presence. She was educated, confident, funny and extremely attractive. She could be a Victoria's Secret model.

After the two step dance was over we sat down together. The guys bought my friends two pitchers of Strawberry margaritas. My waitress brought me another diet Coke.

After the margaritas more dancing and another round of Appletinis it was time to close the bar. I drove us back to the complex. Two miles from the gate. I saw police lights in my rearview mirror. I pulled over. My friends were giggling all around me.

I rolled down the window.

Driver's license and registration, please!

I handed it to him.

What's the problem, officer?

You have Indiana plates, and it's after 2 am. I saw you swerve about a mile back!

Yes, officer, I did swerve to miss hitting a skunk, sir.

Is this your vehicle?

Yes, sir!

Have you been drinking?

No sir! I'm only 20. I'm the designated driver. I showed him my club band that said so not serve.

Will you submit to taking a breathalyzer?

Yes, sir!

My friends were giggling softly. But they didn't say anything.

Step out of car, please!

I blew a 0.00. The officer walked me through a field sobriety test. I passed.

Is this your legal name? He asked.

Yes sir.

You're a long way from Indiana. What are you doing in California?

I'm starting my new job at Sierens Group on Monday. I just got here today.

I got back in my Tahoe and drove us home. The girls were giggling like crazy.

That was impressive! Sheila said.

What! I just told the truth! I wasn't speeding.

They patrol this road like crazy on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. I've been pulled over twice on the way back! Tina said.

Our new friend was so cool with that cop! Asha said.

The girls giggled again. I started giggling with them.

It wasn't very hard! I'm innocent! I just told the truth. I said.

The guard let us through. I drove straight to the apartment building. We got into the elevator together. I pushed 3, the girls and pushed 4, 5, 6.

When I got off the elevator, Asha followed me. She took my hand as we walked to my place. As I opened the door, Asha kissed me. We stumbled into my apartment. I was stone cold sober she was tipsy. Asha was aggressive with her kissing.

I wanted her, but I knew this was a bad idea. We kissed a little more. I kept my hands on her hips. We stopped for a moment, I took control.

Asha, we need to stop!

Don't you want me? Asha said.

I do! I really do! But not like this! I want us to be in the same state of mind!

So I'm too drunk for you? Asha said.

Yes, I don't want to take advantage of you! I certainly don't want you to get the wrong impression of me.

Asha, you are intoxicating, smart and funny! You deserve to be treated right!

Ahsa started crying.

Don't cry, Ahsa! I like you! Can I walk you to your place.

Yes, Please. She said.

Ahsa passed out.

As a precaution, I called Sheila.

Hey Jackie!

Can you help me with Asha? I need to get her to her place.

What happened? Sheila asked.

Nothing! She walked with me to my apartment. We started kissing. Things started getting heated. I stopped us. She cried a little and passed out. So I called you. I just want to get her home safely!

Sheila walked through my apartment first, which I found odd. She checked the bedroom and bathroom. She wet down a washcloth with cold water and applied it Ahsa's forehead.

Asha started to wake up.

Asha are you okay? Sheila asked.

I'm fine! Just tired! What time is it? Asha asked.

2:45 am. It's time for bed! Sheila said let's get you home!

Sheila and I walked Asha to her apartment. I stayed outside by the door as Sheila took care of Asha. I wanted to help, but I knew in this situation it was best to be hands off. I heard Sheila fill a glass of water for Ahsa and help to her bed.

After about 10 minutes, Sheila came out with a friendly smile.

I'm sorry I disturbed you, I didn't know what else to do! I said.

You did the right thing! Sheila said firmly. We don't restrict nightly cohabitations here, but with you being the new person, this was the right call!

Are we going to get in trouble? I asked.

No! But you can buy me a coffee sometime to make it up to me! Sheila smiled.

I have to ask, Did anything happen besides kissing? Sheila asked.

No, I had my hands on her hips. She put a hand between my legs indicating she wanted more. When I asked her to stop, she stopped. She was a little disappointed about me stopping her, but she didn't do anything except cry a little. She agreed to let me walk her to her place and passed out.

That's when I called you! I like her, but I wasn't going to take advantage of her in her current state. I explained.

You did the right thing, Jackie! I'm proud of you! Let's meet for a coffee at my place at 11:30. We'll all have brunch together at noon, dress casual. Jeans are fine. Sheila said.

I'll be there! I said.

Sheila hugged me softly and said goodnight.

I went back to my place. I took a shower and went to sleep.
