School of Lust v0.5 Progress Report #3

Hi everyone!

We're leaving July behind soon, so we thought it's time to post a new progress report.

A big thank you to all of you who've voted on the poll in our last post regarding what (non-main story) mystery you'd like to see play out in School of Lust. It helps us to decide which ones we should give priority to.

It appears that most of you are curious to see what Aiyana is hiding in the basement of the church, which we quite honestly expected to be the top choice. We think that the reveal soon is going to pleasantly surprise most of you. 

A lot of you also voted on (in our opinion) the more compelling mystery of why Violet's breasts are so tiny. We can spoil that one right now; poor Violet fell on her chest when she was little (´°ω°`)

However, the biggest mystery most of you have to be wondering about is why version 0.5 of School of Lust isn't available for download yet, so we'd like to take this opportunity to report on what we've been working on and when you can expect to play the new update.

The final scene for the update that is currently being developed has proven to be a challenge, as some of the animations had to be re-done (begin rant) due to the animation software sometimes being such a pain in the buttocks to work with together with the game engine, which we were also struggling with during the dating scene (end rant).

We couldn't make it for July, however the good news is that the final scene will be ready within 3 to 4 days while we're implementing the scene animations, and then we'll do a quick internal testing, which shouldn't take more than a few days as well. So we can confidently say that the version 0.5 update will release within August! This is the first time that we can finally promise a release date for this update.

We can't give an exact day at this moment, but we'll post as soon as we start on the internal testing stage (and include a detailed change-log to the post as well). If the internal testing stage doesn't reveal unexpected things, it will be a matter of days from there on.

A lot of you still keep asking us for an Android version of the game; as we mentioned in our last post, the Android version of School of Lust (with native controls) will release right after version 0.5 releases. We'll post about it soon after.

We've also been working on other things that we're planning to announce in August, so it's going to be an eventful month! We were hoping to do all this in July, but better late than never (｡◕‿◕｡)
