School of Lust v0.3.2 Progress Report & Survey Results

Hi everyone!

It's time for another progress report on School of Lust, and for those interested, we'd like to share the results of the recent survey. A huge thank you to all of you who have completed the survey. There have been over 500 responses already, which is very much appreciated! Please note that the survey is still ongoing, and can still be completed over here.

Let's begin with the status of School of Lust version 0.3.2; We're getting close to releasing the new update for closed alpha testing. While version 0.3.2 consists of many QoL changes (bug fixes), it will also include new content. One of the new things added to version 0.3.2 is the ability to hire Claire to the Lust Toys shop, which then makes it possible to trigger a new scene inside the shop (while you're observing the shop).

We're doing all we can to release version 0.3.2 (closed alpha testing) before the end of October. If we won't make it before the end of the month, it will release early November, to uphold our monthly (~) release schedule.

To wrap up the progress report, here's a sneak peek (rough sketch) for an upcoming animated scene that we're currently working on, and will be added in a future update. Can anyone guess whose butt this is?

And yes, we're also working on hardcore scenes (with penetration), but we won't spoil those =)

Now on to the survey;

Your top 3 favorite scenes aren't a surprise. The dorm scene was one of our favorites as well! That said, we received a few complaints from you guys/gals regarding Nicole's scene, that the pee content was a bit too much, and with the question if there will be other fetishes that will be similar (e.g. scat).

As we've always said, the sexual content in School of Lust will not include anything too extreme or distasteful (that includes scat). While we understand that pee could also be considered distasteful, we do think it fit her narrative quite well.

The fast majority of you think that the dialogue during the H-Scenes is fine, which is very helpful for us to know! We were afraid that the dialogue during the H-Scenes might've been too short, but 88.1% of you think otherwise. We always try to keep the dialogue short, to make sure not to bore the player with a wall of text. Although, those who voted that the dialogue is too short is not negligible either (8.9%).

Now here's an interesting one. We've asked the same question in the very first survey we did a long time ago, and the results for favorite girls were quite similar. However, Zoe was liked considerably more than Nicole back then. Now Nicole has taken over Zoe! Although, it does make sense, considering back then Nicole barely had any dialogue =)

Here's another one that didn't surprise us. Nicole is just too cute! And Dunia still needs some work.

Almost everyone seems to be enjoying the story! We know that there are still a lot of things that are left unexplained (e.g. alter-ego, island and the end of the hole), but it will all come together by the end.

It looks like quite a few of you (32.6%) want the ability to take over Natalie's body to be optional, which it will be. However, playing as Natalie will trigger new scenes and dialogue in the future, which we think you guys are going to love!

Again, some of you (28.8%) voted that the combat in the Hole should be optional as well. Keep in mind that the Hole is still very much unfinished. We plan to add H-scenes to the "boss students" at the end of each floor, which will make it more rewarding to complete each floor. We're adding more powers to both the player and the students. We're also planning to make it possible in the future to hypnotize the students and send them into the Hole and progress for you. This will make combat in the Hole (almost) entirely optional, but you will miss the H-Scenes if you decide to let the girls do all the work to reach the bottom of the Hole.

The Lust Toys management mechanic should also be optional according to quite a few of you (30.1%), which we also have planned. The Lust Toys management mechanic is still very much unfinished, and we're planning a lot of changes to it, including:

• Ability for the staff members to run the shop for you, so you can just let the shop run on its own and collect the money.
• More interactivity with customers and staff members (which includes h-scenes).
• More ways to make money inside the Lust Toys shop, and please the customers.
• Changes to the UI.

We're well aware that earning 1 million $ for the unfinished 'A Large Debt' quest takes way too long right now, but that will change in the upcoming updates.

Finally, we received a lot of amazing suggestions! While we may not reply individually to your suggestions (or feedback), we've read through all of them. They're very much appreciated, and we're planning to add some of them in the future!
